1: What is included in the vacation?

A: Each vacation is different. All packages include 3 days, 2 nights lodging. Most packages also include gift certificates or vouchers for entertainment and dinners as well.

2: Is [airfare] transportation included?

A: Transportation is the responsibility of the guest.

3: If I buy a vacation, can I change my arrival date?

A: All vacations are good for 12 months from the time of purchase. Guests can schedule or change an arrival date with as little as 7 - 15 days notice.

4: Can we bring another couple or family and friends with us?

A: Multiple families or multiple couples are not allowed to participate in these vacations at the same time. These special vacations are limited to 2 adults and 2 children under 18, maximum. This is a great family vacation opportunity.

5: Are there any other fees?

A: No, there are no other fees associated with your vacation, as the one time Central Reservation fee covers all of our administrative expenses associated with booking and delivering your vacation to you. Guests are responsible for incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc.) and food and transportation to and from the destination. There is a nightly room tax that guests must pay as well, but your room rate and special gifts and/or discounted items are all compliments!

6: How far can I book in advance?

A: Our booking window is 60 days from the current date. Reservations are made on first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.

7: How do I book a reservation?

A: We simply find out what dates you would like to visit and check to see if those dates are available in the reservations computer. Dates are booking quickly as this is an extremely popular offer.

8: Are children welcome?

A: Our vacations are designed for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Since this is a family vacation product, feel free to bring your children! Some resorts do provide childcare during the tour, and others do have restrictions regarding age and attendance of children during the tour... so please check with a Central Reservations counselor concerning the particulars for the vacation you are interested in.

9: What do I need before I travel?

A: You should receive a confirmation letter from Central Reservations within two weeks of booking your arrival dates, confirming the dates you have selected to visit. This letter will review details of participation and provide you with check-in information as well as directions.

10: What about pets?

A: As with most standard hotel accommodations, pets are not allowed.

11: Can I purchase a vacation package without setting an arrival date?

A: Yes! The great thing about our vacation program is that you can go ahead and secure your vacation without choosing a travel date. This guarantees your vacation at the current price offered. You’ll have 12 months to complete your travel, and you can call and book when you decide on a specific date. Reservations are subject to availability, and some dates are blacked out due to holidays. We recommend guests contact Central Reservations within 60 days of their desired travel date.

12: How do I qualify for this special offer?

A: Each resort developer has selected minimum criteria for participants to be eligible. These are typically household income, minimum age, and lack of previous participation. A Central Reservations agent will be happy to go over and explain the specific qualifications for the vacation you are interested in or you can click on the specific link on the vacation that you are interested in.
